Our Personal Data Protection Policy governs the use and storage of your data. Export Italia is the Data Controller of the personal data that you (data subject) provide to us. We collect the following types of personal data:

DATA PROVIDED BY THE USER
If you fill out the form called “Fill out the form” on the "TEM" page or the “Contact form” on the “Contact us” page. These are, for example, the data we ask you for:
On the "TEM" page: Email; First and last name; Phone; Are you an Export manager?; How many languages do you know at an advanced level?; Other languages?; What sector are you specialized in?; In which area do you operate?
On the "Contact us" page:
Email – Company name – Website – Sector – Your name – Phone - Does the company export? – Optional message.
THIRD PARTY DATA
If you provide personal data of third parties, such as those of your family members or friends, you must ensure that these subjects have been adequately informed and have consented to the processing in the manner described in this notice.
DATA OF MINORS UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE
If you are under 16 years old, you cannot provide us with any personal data, and in any case we do not assume responsibility for any false statements you may provide. If we become aware of the existence of untrue statements, we will proceed with the immediate deletion of all personal data acquired.

We use the data collected in the site form solely and exclusively to contact you again and provide a commercial offer related to a specific request/need you have expressed by filling out the form on our site.
3.Processing
Your personal data is processed by Export Italia, trade name of the services offered by Francesco D’Angelo, freelancer with VAT number 01695440709, whose operational and legal headquarters are in Termoli, Via delle Acacie 2R.
No third-party provider has access to your data, unless specifically required by law.
4.Duration
The retention of personal data will take place in paper and/or electronic/computer form and for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes referred to in point 1, in compliance with your privacy and current regulations.
For direct marketing and profiling purposes, we keep your data for a maximum period as provided by applicable law (respectively 24 and 12 months).
Invoices, accounting documents and data relating to transactions are kept for 11 years as required by law (including tax obligations).
In the event of exercising the right to be forgotten through an express request for deletion of personal data processed by the Data Controller, we remind you that such data will be kept, in a protected form and with limited access, solely for the purpose of ascertaining and suppressing crimes, for a period not exceeding 12 months from the date of the request and subsequently will be deleted securely or irreversibly anonymized.
Finally, we remind you that for the same purposes, data relating to telematic traffic, excluding the contents of communications in any case, will be kept for a period not exceeding 6 years from the date of communication, pursuant to art. 24 of Law no. 167/2017, which implemented EU Directive 2017/541 on anti-terrorism.
